UI/UX
  • New Number Block Creation Method:  TCAP now supports multiple methods of Number Block creation
    • Live Upload: This is the traditional method.  Run the upload synchronously from the number block page (or API). You must remain on this page while the upload completes. Progress will be displayed for each number block in real-time within the form table. 
    • Order Based: This process is asynchronous and allows you to move on to other tasks immediately. TCAP will handle the upload in the background, and you can check the order status anytime under the Orders tab.
    • Please note: Live Uploads are not audited within Number Blocks / Orders.
    • By default, all Wholesalers have access to both methods.  Wholesalers may be configured to support only the new Order Based approach if required.
  • Direct OC Upload: For select customers working solely with Operator Connect, TCAP now supports a synchronous Operator Connect upload process, allowing usage type to be defined at point of creation.  Initial iteration of this provides support for single country, single calling profile Operators.
    • Copy/Paste performance enhancement for high volume number block creation
    • Custom Attributes now available under Number Blocks for Partner+ admin accounts
  • Dashboard optimisation, providing accelerated load times and visual display
    • Legacy Sync retirement notification:  Banner notification displayed to any customers utilising old sync methodology for Microsoft Teams.  Enhance sync services were introduced Q3 of 2024 and shall be the sole supported method, following Jul 31 2026.  There is no impact to calling services as a result of this change.
    • "Request Access" menu item removed for healthy OC and DR services
  • CSV Validation:  All CSV upload validation pages undergoing design refresh to better categorise platform specific requirements and layout
  • Vendor Service, Service Profiles now ordered alphabetically
  • Vendor Service URLs withing Defined Attributes now hyperlinked when rendered by front end
  • Standardisation on dropdown control sizing across the system

API
  • PingCo Operator Connect Application ID updated.  This pertains solely to the PingCo Operator Connect instance and does not apply to other Operators configuration

Bug Fixes
  • User and Numbers with no Usage Location defined, now represented by global icon instead of blank, outlined flag icon
  • Numbers added to companies with no services should not show as Active
  • GCCH Service type added to respective Service Profile
  • Company status label updated for those in Pending Approval state
  • Error message when navigating between companies under Triggers as Partner+ login type resolved
  • Multiple Global Admin section enhancements, including Wholesaler and Dial Plan management
  • Company Legal Entity name now captured during registration process
  • Any plan item with a unit price of 0 shall now display as such in (previously some instances of blank values instead of numerical zero)
  • Hide TRS details from default number table view
  • Global Entity flag hidden for all non Global Admins under number block
  • Action checkbox inconsistency between page loads.  Checkbox should now appear any time it is required on a number
  • Table right click menu and columns filter persists between pages
  • All TCAP triggers restored to view
  • Item code mapping under plans now has all values defined as optional. not mandatory
