Version 5.0.14 Hotfix - June 2026

UI/UX
  • Platform filtering and Deallocate All (users and trunks) functionality restored to Number Blocks section, now fully supporting Platform Numbers for more efficient block management
  • Request Access menu item now hidden on OC service card when in healthy state
  • Borders added to flag icons in users and numbers pages
  • Update to Assignment Availability toggle on platform number so this now only activates when platform number itself is active
  • Further additions to support planned 8x8 Platform integration
Bug Fixes
  • Users managed by value unexpectedly changed to Microsoft Teams from TCAP.  A scenario was uncovered whereby comparison logic between TCAP and Microsoft failed and subsequently user sync treated users discovered in Teams as new users, with already assigned numbers from TCAP and subsequently updated Managed By to Microsoft Teams.  Whilst this had no impact to calling services, a change has been implemented to protect against similar behaviour reoccurring.  
    • Users syncing in for the first time with number assignment shall remain defaulting to Managed By Teams to assist in migration practices
  • Companies with pro rata billing disabled may see users charge pro-rated still on first user entry at company level.  Pro rating logic now corrected so first entry will bill full month unless pro rating enabled
  • Microsoft Teams account types sometimes showing incorrectly.  If an account originally synced in as a user, but later changed to resource account, then this may still show as a user account in TCAP. This was a cosmetic issue only, and did not prevent any number assignment to the object, however has been updated to correctly reflect the current account type
  • Issue with Job Error trigger resulting in Job ID being populated to all fields resolved
  • When deleting an invoice line TCAP utilised the scope value from the scope drop down.  This has been reverted to always use the scope of the user. 
  • Resolved issue preventing company admin login utilising Number update CSV as a result of permission scope on per number plans.  If Plan Per Number is disabled on company, then this is now ignored on CSV update
  • Some table menus previously remained open when navigating away
  • International rate list dropdown now re-fetches when a different partner is selected
